Next Level Generations has established a partnership with the East Lake YMCA, the NFL, and the Atlanta Falcons to offer a free flag football program aimed at youth development and engagement in sports. This initiative is designed to provide children with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of football in a fun and supportive environment.

Program Details

Season Start: The flag football season will commence in September, with practices beginning in the first week of September or as soon as full teams are registered.

Practice Schedule: Each team will practice weekly for a minimum of one day per week, with sessions lasting up to one hour. This structure ensures that participants can develop their skills while balancing other commitments.

Game Schedule: Games will take place on Saturdays at Price Middle School, providing an accessible location for families and participants.

Equipment Provided: All registered participants will receive essential gear including:

Football cleats
A game jersey
A mouth guard
This equipment is crucial for ensuring that players are properly outfitted for both safety and performance during practices and games.

Registration Information

Participant Limit: Registration is limited to the first 12 players per age group. This cap helps maintain manageable team sizes, allowing for more individualized attention from coaches and better overall team dynamics.

Age Groups: The program is divided into four distinct age groups:

8U (Under 8 years old)
10U (Under 10 years old)
12U (Under 12 years old)
14U (Under 14 years old)
This categorization allows children to compete against peers of similar ages, fostering a more equitable playing field.
